The New Brunswick Medical Education Foundation hosted its annual awards gala on Thursday, October 16. A record $1.4 million dollars was awarded to 166 future physicians and nurse practitioners, each of whom has committed to working in New Brunswick once qualified. This milestone event showcased New Brunswick’s future doctors, and the growing impact of the charity, which administers one of the most effective solutions to the province’s healthcare staffing crisis.
